    Position Summary
    Diversified Rehabilitation Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Kelowna and Lake Country, BC. This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals experiencing psychological injuries, operational stress injuries (OSI), and workplace-related mental health challenges.

    What You Will Work On
    As a Clinical Psychologist at Diversified Rehabilitation Group, you will deliver specialized psychological services to clients with complex mental health and trauma-related needs. You will work both independently and as part of an integrated clinical team, contributing to high-quality, evidence-based care.
    Key Responsibilities
    Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including psychometric testing interpretation
    Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy (e.g., EMDR CBT and trauma-focused approaches)
    Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client goals and functional recovery
    Provide consultation and support to interdisciplinary team members, and community partners
    Contribute to clinical case reviews, treatment planning meetings, and care coordination
    Prepare psychological reports to support disability management, return-to-work planning, and operational readiness
    Participate in program development, outcome evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives
    Uphold best practices in psychological treatment, ethics, and cultural safety

    Qualifications Education, Training, and Experience
    Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) from an institution recognized by the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
    Completion of an approved pre-doctoral internship
    Full registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Registered Psychologist with the CHCPBC
    Experience working with trauma, first responders, or disability management is an asset
    Training in evidence-based trauma treatments (e.g., EMDR, CPT, PE, trauma-focused CBT) considered an advantage
