    Key Responsibilities Business & Branch Support

    Lead monthly branch financial reviews and performance discussions

    Conduct semi-annual performance reviews for operational leaders

    Support recruiting, hiring, performance management, and terminations as needed

    Establish, track, and manage operational KPIs across branches

    Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings with branch leaders

    Provide day‑to‑day operational support to branches as issues arise

    Candidate Profile Experience

    Senior operations leadership experience within distribution, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries

    Proven ability to lead multi‑site operations and supply chain functions

    Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing branch P&Ls, budgets, and KPIs

    Hands‑on leader comfortable operating in fast‑paced, under‑structured environments

    Experience driving operational discipline, process improvement, and accountability

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
