Capital Markets & Corporate Compliance Associate (#985) - Toronto Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a capital markets associate attorney with at least four years of experience to join the Capital Markets and Corporate Compliance practice group in our Toronto office. This associate will have expertise in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including public and private debt securities offerings and knowledge of the Trust Indenture Act. Responsibilities Assist the practice group with capital markets transactions, prepare and review transaction documents, conduct due‑diligence research, and support partners in developing client strategies.
