We are seeking an experienced family law practitioner to join us in an
Of Counsel
capacity. This role is designed for a senior lawyer who wants to remain engaged in the profession in a meaningful way — offering guidance, insight, and mentorship — without the demands of a full caseload or business development expectations.

What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to lawyers on complex and high-conflict family law matters
Provide practical, experience-based mentorship to junior and mid-level lawyers
Offer strategic insight on litigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution approaches
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, including case discussions and team learning sessions
Share guidance on areas such as parenting disputes, support, and property division
Optionally assist with developing internal resources, precedents, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of family law experience in Ontario
Strong interest in mentorship and professional development
Deep understanding of family law procedure, litigation strategy, and client management
Experience with both contested matters and negotiated resolutions
Mediation, arbitration, or collaborative family law experience is considered an asset
A collegial and approachable style, with a willingness to support a team environment

We serve clients in London, Sarnia, Windsor, Kitchener, Hamilton, and Toronto. This is a full-time role for a Family Lawyer with 10+ years experience.
