  • Channel Sales Account Manager

    We have excellent opportunity for a result driver Experience : 3+ years’ experience with B2B account base. Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional client service. Demonstrated experience within the builder/dealer space Proven revenue attainment record through proactive lead generation and consultative selling techniques. Understanding of the Dealer, residential construction &/or architect / designer community. Valid Class 5 license and the ability to travel assigned routes, including overnight stays.
    Accountabilities: IN Field Working with assigned accounts Developing existing dealer relationships Managing quote/order flow Training dealer contractor reps Identifying new dealer opportunities Onboarding/training new dealers Working with home builders to channel them to dealer partners (pre-arm to buy Durabuilt) Schedule/host builder/dealer training events
    Other tasks Participate in company events as needed (trade shows, training etc.) Participate in industry events (golf tournaments, lunch & learns, etc.)
    Administration Tasks Support dealer quoting/ordering Salesforce compliance: Record all meetings, calls, emails, etc Set upcoming tasks Manage dealer volume v. factor (ongoing) Complete sales reports Assist with service scheduling. Support with Account Payable as needed Participate in sales meetings, 1w1s, etc
    Sales
    Lead and grow our Dealer business in Northern and Central Alberta. Cultivate and maintain long term relationship with our Dealer partners and prospective partners. An established customer base and ample opportunity for growth awaits the winning candidate. Work with Dealer Sales Manager and Marketing to create and execute an ongoing strategic plan and process to develop and manage your assigned territory driving growth and profitability. Accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting Meet or exceed budget volume and profitability of sale Assist leaders to manage and resolve employee relations challenges and provide support through Monitor and advise managers regarding performance issues and assist in setting and facilitating performance improvement process with employees as needed. Plan and pace own work efficiently to meet productivity goals. Participate in industry association events to represent Durabuilt Windows & Doors and build your network. Participate in training and development activities to expand your product and industry knowledge.
    Dealer Operations and Support
    Train and coach Dealers on Durabuilt products and systems and effectively link them to our internal partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Onboarding of new customers to align their company with our departments: Account Team, Connect You, Scheduling, Shipping, Accounting. Cultivate relationships with home builders, contractors and architects throughout the territory to promote our company and pull business into our Dealers. Utilize ERP (selling / quoting software) and manage customer relationships, contacts and activities using our CRM (Salesforce). Report on project progress at weekly meetings and logging activities and details in Salesforce to keep the company informed.

You work with a team of sales reps, managers and support staff to provide information, simplify technical details offering support and value to our customers.

    Some of the Cool Stuff You Do Achieve maximum market penetration with as few service requirements as possible by strategically managing territory. Collaborate with the peers to build pipeline and be able to foster close relationships with sales support teams both in and outside of our organization. Provide prospects and existing customers with in-person or virtual product consultations., and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product. Regularly call existing customers and consistently prospects for new business. Execute territory route planning with monthly/quarterly/bi-annual cycles Accurately read, interpret and take-off blueprints, and to effectively use electronic software and systems to quote, sell and order products. Promote and advance the visibility and presence of the entire Durabuilt product line while maintaining a continual awareness of activity or news in the architectural and/or construction-related community. Enter opportunities into our systems (Salesforce & CX) and work with Scheduling and Installation departments to ensure the smooth transfer of information. Prepare and present quotes, tender proposals, RFIs, RFQs, specification acceptance requests. Prepare contract package for executive approval and submission, ensuring all documents are aligned and compliant with the contract.
    Customer & Sales Support Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Builders, Contractors, Architects, Trade organizations and Consumer clients. Represent Durabuilt at company-sponsored events and professional group invitations to discuss/present Durabuilt products after sponsored events. Maintain and expand the database of prospects, qualified leads and clients. Continue to foster superior customer relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle including post sales and installation. Review shop drawings with clients and internal team, noting any revisions and approvals. Prepare documents for and attend project kick off meetings with the team. Complete project close out site walk, document deficiencies and process close out service orders. Responsible for diligent and detailed forecasting on a monthly/quarterly/annual cadence. Report on current market analytics and progress to targets at weekly sales meetings. Share challenges, and ideate solutions to assist the overall team in navigating your obstacles. Other duties as assigned.
    Education · Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.

    Experience / Capabilities 5+ years’ of Outside Sales experience of sales success with a focus placed on B2B knowledge Strategic Territory Management with strong consultative selling aptitude. Demonstrated sales experience with a high closing ratio. CRM Experience – Sales Force and Window & Door Software Paradigm is an asset, Window and door experience is an asset. Experienced in Prospecting, B2B relationship Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and business acumen, including problem solving, critical thinking and self-initiative. Strong work ethic, action oriented and desire to achieve excellence. High comfort level working in a fast-paced, values driven, and solution based selling process in a team environment that is constantly changing. Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines. High comfort level working autonomously and require little day-to-day oversight and direction. Valid class 5 driver license without restrictions. Overnight travel may be required.
