Learn more about the DXC story and our focus on people, customers and operational execution at Essential Job Functions Technician will be the single point of contact for all high-level executive managers and their executive assistants to resolve complex problems concerning system function with their devices. Assesses diagnostic information and determines alternative courses of action. Recommends and implements process changes. Monitoring Executive Director and Board meetings – do pre-room checks to ensure hardware functions, set up accordingly, and potentially be present in the room during any hardware issue/concerns. External event monitoring for the executive directors – hotel events usually take place a few times a year; you would be required to attend, set up, and monitor for issues. Meeting with Video Conference – connect to VC and solve minor incidents if any and work with the support of the VC team. Meeting with Webex or Webcast – test Face tracking (if any) to ensure the customer device is operating onsite correctly. Smart phones and tablets – set up and configure phones/tablets or replacements, including data transfer and configuration of new device. Set up e-mail, ensure Wi‑Fi connectivity etc. Prepare, configure and replace all hardware devices such as laptops, desktops, cell phones, tablets, etc. Basic Qualifications Must have High School diploma or G.E.D. College diploma or University degree in a computer related field. 4‑5 years of IT technical support experience; more would be an asset. Experience with recent Windows operating systems, Windows 10, 11 preferably in an enterprise environment. Experience with Office 365 products preferably in an enterprise environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook). Experience with solving computer‑related technical problems both hardware and software (e.g., Office 365, SAP). Experience with following company escalation policies. Other Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organization skills to balance and prioritize work and maintain a clean working environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good initiative and proactivity. Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system. Networking experience and ability to troubleshoot basic to complex network problems. Experience with mobile devices such as tablets and phones (Android and iOS). Knowledge of MDM functionality and mobility device security (e.g., Samsung Knox). Experience with Cisco Call Manager. Experience with Lenovo/Dell hardware an asset. Work Environment Client or office environment – onsite at client facility. On‑call will be a requirement 24×7. Monday – Friday days.   • Job Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to support and guide our agile squads delivering cloud-native infrastructure and platform solutions. You will work closely with Cloud Platform Engineers (junior to senior levels), Cloud Architects, and product stakeholders to ensure agile principles are upheld and delivery is efficient, collaborative, and value-driven. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams through servant leadership, continuous improvement, and agile best practices. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Coach team members on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions to maintain focus on sprint goals. Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives. Track and communicate squad performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown) to stakeholders. Promote agile maturity across squads and contribute to the broader agile community of practice. Support cross‑squad coordination and dependency management, especially in multi-team cloud delivery environments. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical environment. Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps principles. Experience working with cloud engineering or infrastructure teams is highly desirable. Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
