    Dynamic Tire Inc. – BILINGUAL CSR (French)
    Position Reporting to Customer Service Manager
    Summary/ObjectiveWe make and sell tires - lots of them. Dynamic Tire, leads Canada, USA and Mexico commercial activities for its parent company Sailun Tires Americas, an Asian based tire manufacturer established in 2002 and headquartered in Qingdao, China. The aim is to boost the tire industry outside of China and export their products across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. North America is a stand-alone business unit within the global context. It is the largest priority market and the highest growth opportunity region for DTI / STA. The region has grown quickly and is poised for significant growth over the coming years. Our company is a global powerhouse in the tire industry that marries the factory operations’ expert low-cost manufacturing, flexible production, engineering expertise and ingenuity, with North America’s operational excellence and global customer base coupled with local market knowledge, value added and responsive customer programs, deep customer relationships and a western entrepreneurial spirit. Responsible for being on the “front line” of all customer service and ordering activities for Dynamic Tire Inc, covering all customer service and other related duties for Canada, including our French-Canadian customers.
    Essential FunctionsResponsible for placement and processing of orders, refunds or exchangesDiplomacy in satisfactorily resolving customer complaints via phone, email or faxMust respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or fax in a timely mannerResponsible for handling customers in the Quebec region.Maintains and organizes clerical records and documents Provides feedback on efficiency of the customer service processFollow ups on new returns and or warranty requestsMay be required to assist and conduct inside sales

    Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience dealing in a technical environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior tire experience is considered an asset. Must be fluent in French and English.
