This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in developing sales teams in the North American Process Industries. The Director of Sales will have experience developing and being held accountable for results.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management: Lead, develop, and manage the sales team to ensure our brand of Quality Engineering is maintained. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance the team's effectiveness. Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. Set sales targets and objectives for the sales team and manage their progress.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships in key projects and with important clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.Sales Operations: Work closely with Application Engineering to provide optimal engineering service with our quote and tender process. Represent all major projects and channel development to management. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, including agitators and related equipment. Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and applications.
