We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. This role requires expertise in various dental procedures, a commitment to patient education, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Manage pediatric patients with care and compassion, ensuring a positive experience for children in the practice.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and board certification.
Proficiency in using dental software systems.
Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is advantageous.
Knowledge of medical terminology as it relates to dentistry is beneficial.
Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable, particularly with pediatric patients.
