Responsibilities Test Automation Design, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks using Python, C#, or PowerShell. Investigate and resolve issues detected during automated test execution. Agile Collaboration Participate in Scrum ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Define acceptance criteria with developers, product owners, and QA peers; ensure testability and maintainability. Test Strategy & Execution Develop and execute automated and manual tests for web, Windows, and embedded applications. Prepare, configure, and manage test environments for reliable software validation. Execute functional, non‑functional, regression, exploratory, and box tests (white, grey, black) to ensure comprehensive validation. Generate test reports and recommend product readiness for release. Task & Project Management Plan, estimate, and organize test development activities and deliverables. Track progress and follow up on assigned tasks to meet deadlines. Qualifications – Core Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience testing web‑based applications in Agile environments, with strong iterative testing practices. Proficiency in coding with PowerShell, C#, or Python. Fluency in French and English (working proficiency). Legally authorized to work in Canada without corporate sponsorship. Candidates must reside within an 80 km radius of Brossard. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
