About the Role
In your role, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide technical expertise to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead small to large-scale electrical engineering projects, coordinating with other disciplines.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers in developing engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Assist with specifying, evaluating, and procuring electrical and control system equipment while completing electrical designs.

What do we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology with a P.L. (Eng.) registration with APEGA.
P.Eng. in good standing with a Canadian engineering regulator (e.g., APEGA, EGBC, APEGS, or EGMB).
8-10 years of experience in Energy projects in Canada, including acting as a Project Electrical Lead.
2+ years of experience leading junior engineers, technologists, and designers/drafters.
Oil and gas or process facilities experience is an asset.
Infrastructure project experience in Traffic Signal Design Roadway Lighting is not a requirement, however it will be considered an asset.

About the Role
As Rail Operations Planning, Modelling and Maintenance Director you will be part of Rail and Transit team in Canada. We are looking for a motivated
Intermediate Water Resources Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in water management projects and at least 5 years of experience in management and related design work. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support senior engineers in delivering innovative and sustainable water resource solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide design and project management services for water management projects such, but not limited to, stormwater management infrastructure, surface water drainage systems, stormwater facilities, LID measures, water balance modelling, floodplain analysis, flow monitoring.
Support and collaborate with other Teams on multidisciplinary projects and opportunities with water resources components.
Provide support to proposals and business development efforts
Provide design and analysis support to Senior Water Resources Engineer and other water resources related projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering related to water resources or similar
Is a licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers of Ontario, or eligible to be licensed within 6 to 12 months
Minimum 5 years experience in stormwater management, LIDs, experience in private and public sector projects.
Proficient in preparation of design reports and drawings,
Knowledgeable in municipal and provincial review processes and standards for permitting and approvals, including stormwater management guidelines. Preference in familiarity with relevant Ontario municipal and provincial standards

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Municipal Engineer, Major Projects, will be responsible for supporting the overall success of Major Projects in Canada.
Acting as a Transportation engineer for both provincial MTO highways, local Municipal Roadways in both preliminary and detail design components of major projects.
Lead and Manage the civil roadway components of major projects from inception to completion (this could include, but is not limited to, highway facilities ranging from freeways, urban and rural multi-lane and two-lane facilities, interchanges, and intersections. These elements would also include incorporating data from other disciplines including watermain, storm and sanitary services/mains, as well as supporting wet and dry utilities and drainage improvements).
Providing technical guidance, support, and oversight to junior engineers and technical staff working on your projects.
Preparing technical reports, contract documents, design drawings, quantity estimates, and cost estimates.
Creating and reviewing / performing quality control checks on plans, profiles, and design quantities in Civil 3D/InRoads/Open Roads Design format.
Completing initial site inspections/field work for design assignments.
Maintaining positive client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Keeping current on the latest design tools and aids in CAD/civil 3D / Microstation / InRoads / Open Roads Design in consultation with senior CAD staff.
Qualifications
University degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), with minimum 10 years experience.
Developed an excellent reputation working with MTO/Municipalities etc.
Experienced with highway engineering and has worked in or has an understanding of the consulting engineering environment.
Knowledge of highway engineering, including policies, regulations, guidelines and operational procedures.
Demonstrated experience in detail design work with proven design capabilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with clients, and other relevant stakeholders.

We are actively seeking a technical engineer with infrastructure detailed design for our bridge team. The bridge team works collaboratively with our divisional team across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Leading in producing engineering products for bridge rehabilitation and new design projects from concept through construction to meet customer quality requirements.
Complete detailed structural design calculations and analysis.

Job Description
Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design.
Develop detailed telecom room layouts, including rack placement and equipment selection, ensuring compliance with GTAA, BICSI, and other relevant standards.
Develop detailed designs for structured cabling systems, including cable pathways, cable types, and connectivity using BIM/CAD software.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the ICT infrastructure facilities with other aviation projects under the GTAA Accelerator Program.
Maintain accurate records of telecom room layouts, equipment configurations, and cabling documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering.
15+ Years Experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects.
Strong understanding of structured cabling systems, networking principles, and telecommunications equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
Industry Certification (BICSI certifications like Registered Communications Distribution Designer RCDD).
Airport ICT design experience.
BISCI RCDD Certification.

About the Role
The Lead Electrical Engineer (Traffic Signal) is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of traffic signal and roadway lighting systems for complex projects. This role provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with industry and municipal standards, and manages project deliverables from concept to completion.
The Lead Electrical Engineer coordinates multidisciplinary teams, conducts design reviews, and participates in field inspections and client meetings. The position also mentors junior staff, supports quality assurance, and drives continuous improvement, delivering innovative and reliable traffic signal solutions that meet client and project objectives.
Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of electrical systems for Infrastructure projects, including Trafficsignal and highway lighting.
Develop and maintain design documentation, specifications, and reports in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate with civil engineers, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into larger projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and design teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local codes, and industry best practices.
Participate in client and project meetings, providing valuable input and insights.
Contribute to the growth of the Electrical department through the review and development of standards and templates.
What do we need from you
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is required in good standing with a Canadian engineering regulator (i.e. PEO).
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
At least 5 years of experience designing and managing one or more of the following systems:
Traffic Signal Design
Highway Lighting Design
Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including CEC and other local and international standards.
Experience in AutoCAD, and other electrical design software is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred but not required)
Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient design practices.
Familiarity with airport security systems, control systems, and related technologies.
