About the Role As the Marketing Manager for Blessed Protein at EHPlabs, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and impact for a global leader in health and fitness. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop disruptive marketing strategies, lead a dynamic team, and elevate our vegan-focused brand to new heights.
Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally to amplify brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, while ensuring all campaigns align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, and drive brand growth, and customer acquisition. Lead and inspire a collaborative marketing team to ensure creative and successful campaign delivery and to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee campaign management across multiple channels, using data insights to optimize performance and achieve KPIs. Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and traditional channels, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Direct digital marketing efforts, including social media, influencer partnerships, TikTok Brand Amplification, and SEO strategies, while staying ahead of emerging trends. Maintain and evolve a strong brand identity, building customer loyalty through targeted initiatives. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and analyze consumer behaviors and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and creative) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Ensure the brand identity remains consistent and resonates with target audiences, driving loyalty and advocacy. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
About You You are an energetic and creative marketer with a genuine passion for health and fitness. With a natural ability to connect with others and a strategic mindset, you are ready to lead innovative campaigns and build meaningful connections within the industry.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Industry experience in health and wellness, sports nutrition, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising platforms. Experience in developing and executing SEO and content strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a proven ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams. Proven ability to work within a KPI-driven environment Creative thinker with a keen eye for spotting trends and opportunities Exceptional organizational and project management skills
