My client is seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join their dynamic team! In this role, you'll handle the maintenance, repair, and performance testing of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in compliance with all relevant safety codes and procedures. What You’ll Do: ✅ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R equipment (RTUs, AHUs, walk-ins, freezers, etc.)✅ Troubleshoot, inspect, and monitor building systems and ensure efficient operations ✅ Maintain accurate service records and manage work orders using a CMMS ✅ Interact directly with store management and coordinate with third-party contractors ✅ Travel to service sites in a company vehicle What You’ll Bring: ✔ Journeyperson Certificate in HVAC/Refrigeration (Alberta or Red Seal)✔ 4–6 years of relevant experience (supermarket refrigeration is a plus)✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✔ ODS HRAI & Gasfitter B certifications preferred ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
