As our Cafe Experience Leader in Saskatoon, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Empty Cup experience to life in a new market. You’ll work closely with our Cafe teams to develop Leaders, build strong culture, and ensure every Guest interaction reflects what makes our brand special.
This is a people-first leadership role. You’ll support Cafe Leaders, Barista Leaders, and Baristas in developing their skills, running exceptional Cafes, and creating spaces Guests want to come back to.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Cafe Leadership & Team DevelopmentCoach and develop Cafe Leaders, Barista Leaders, and Baristas.Support Leaders in building strong, engaged Cafe teams.Provide mentorship, feedback, and leadership development.Help Cafes maintain a positive, high-performing culture.
Cafe Operations & ConsistencyEnsure Cafes operate consistently with Empty Cup standards.Support Leaders with operational excellence, systems, and execution.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and Guest experience.Work alongside Cafe teams to maintain strong daily operations.
Brand ExperienceEnsure every Cafe delivers the Empty Cup Guest experience.Support teams in bringing our hospitality, energy, and culture to life.Help establish Empty Cup’s presence and reputation in Saskatoon.Maintain brand consistency across all Cafes.
Market GrowthPlay a key role in supporting the new Cafe opening in Saskatoon.Help build strong teams as we expand into the market.Identify opportunities to strengthen community connections.Act as a brand ambassador for Empty Cup in Saskatoon.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a Leader who believes great Cafes start with great people.You know that culture, consistency, and Guest experience don’t happen by accident — they happen through coaching, mentorship, and strong operational leadership. You enjoy being on the ground with teams, helping leaders grow, solving challenges, and ensuring every Cafe reflects the Empty Cup brand.You’re comfortable balancing people leadership and operational excellence, whether that means coaching a new Barista Leader, supporting a Cafe Leader through a challenge, or ensuring our Guest experience is consistent across locations.You’re also excited by the idea of helping establish Empty Cup in a new market and being part of building something from the ground up.
You likely bring:3–5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, Cafes, restaurants, or retail.Experience developing and coaching team leaders.Strong operational and organizational skills.The ability to support and lead across multiple Cafe locations.A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.An eagerness to help grow a brand in a new market.
