    Key Responsibilities

    Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of renovation projects across commercial and residential buildings, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

    In-depth knowledge of building fabric, refurbishment techniques and modern methods of construction applicable to existing buildings.

    SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate – valid and in date.

    First Aid at Work certificate.

    CSCS Gold or Black Card.

    Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage multi-disciplinary site teams.

    Proven ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
