Position Summary:
E360S is looking for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing based out of Aurora, ON location. The Vice President of Sales, Solid Waste Division is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategies to drive organic revenue growth and increase market share. This position requires a dynamic and strategic professional with a proven track record in the Solid Waste Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with E360S overall objectives. · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for organic growth. · Lead and mentor a high-performance national sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. · Establish and maintain key customer relationships, focusing on strategic accounts and customer retention. · Drive the development and execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with E360S organizational goals. · Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Work closely with VP’s and Divisional Managers to ensure seamless alignment between sales, operations, and overall E360S business objectives. · Collaborate with the executive team to provide insights and recommendations for business growth. · Implement robust sales and marketing performance metrics and reporting systems utilizing existing platforms. · Regularly analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. · Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment. · Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion, including new geographic regions and customer segments. · Formulate and execute strategies to enter and establish the company's presence in new markets. · Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on sales and marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:

What We Offer:
We offer a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000. Eligible for quarterly bonus program. We are happy to share what potential numbers could look like in your role.
