Opportunity for a full-time or part-time Orthopedic or Mixed Orthopedic/Pelvic Physiotherapist at our Orangeville clinic. We’re looking for someone ready to grow, learn, and thrive. Caseload Stability You Can Count On Our clinics receive up to 250 new patients per month, ensuring you build a full schedule quickly and maintain a steady caseload. Guaranteed salary for your first month while you establish your patient base. Hourly employee compensation — no stress over no-shows or gaps. Mentorship That Accelerates Your Career Structured mentorship curriculum with 1:1 guidance, weekly group rounds, and paid learning time. Led by Kristin Long, McMaster faculty and AIM instructor — mentorship that’s second to none. Residents receive CPTE resources and weekly supervision, plus paid time blocks for charting and mentorship. Community & Referral Network We visit every doctor’s office in the city quarterly, delivering educational materials and strengthening referral relationships. Our team attends community events year-round, showcasing our services and building awareness of your expertise. Specialty Training Opportunities Interested in concussion, pelvic health or pediatrics?
