We are looking to hire an experienced associate lawyer to join our team, with a minimum of three years of experience in immigration and refugee law as a lawyer.
In addition, we are seeking the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.B degree and called to the Ontario bar.
- At minimum, two years of experience as an immigration lawyer, representing clients before the Federal Court and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration law, particularly in areas such as inadmissibility, removal, refugee protection, and other complex immigration issues.
- Ability to manage a high-volume practice independently.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- A strong interest in client and professional development.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
