    What You'll Do

    - Support labs and clinics using Evident's digital platforms (AI design, Rx portals, 3Shape, exocad)
    - Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through digital workflows
    - Train clients on getting the most from their tools
    - Document feedback and support cases clearly
    - Help labs shift from analog to automation with confidence

    What We're Looking For

    - 2+ years of hands-on experience in a dental lab or clinic
    - Skilled in CAD/CAM, scanning, STL handling, and digital tools
    - Excellent English communication—verbal, written, and technical
    - Calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and solution-focused
    - Must be based in Vancouver and available to work in-office
