We're looking for a data-driven Implementation Specialist who can bridge the gap between municipal operations and modern asset data infrastructure. In this role, you’ll lead technical implementations of enterprise asset management systems (EAM) and GIS integrations, enabling cities to optimize capital planning, lifecycle forecasting, and field service coordination through accurate, actionable data. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments of municipal asset data environments, identifying inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved data flow and standardization Design and implement geospatially-enabled asset management systems (ArcGIS, Esri, or similar) that integrate with legacy databases and GIS platforms Configure, test, and optimize geodatabases for large-scale infrastructure datasets (linear and point assets) Collaborate with software engineers, data analysts, and GIS technicians to ensure clean system integration and functional interoperability Build dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that enhance real-time decision-making for maintenance, investment planning, and compliance Act as the technical point of contact for client-side project teams, offering support on architecture, schema design, data validation, and platform performance Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with digital asset management systems and spatial data (e.g., ArcGIS Enterprise, Esri Geodatabase, Cartegraph, Cityworks) Proficiency in geospatial database design, ETL processes, and data modeling for municipal infrastructure assets Strong understanding of city infrastructure systems (roads, water, sewer, transit, etc.) and their related asset hierarchies Experience in scripting or automating data processes using Python, SQL, or FME Ability to translate operational needs into scalable data architecture and user-facing workflows Familiarity with API integrations and system interoperability standards in municipal tech ecosystems Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills to support project delivery and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing digital asset management platforms, with a strong focus on geospatial data integration (e.g., Esri ArcGIS Suite, Cartegraph, Cityworks, or similar). Deep understanding of municipal environments, including public works, utility infrastructure, and government-specific engineering workflows. Proven technical expertise in configuring and managing geodatabases for municipal applications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse, non-technical audiences. A track record of successfully guiding clients through software implementation and digital change management. Excellent problem-solving and client relationship-building skills.
