Introduce innovations from the SAP ecosystem to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in recruiting analytics, dashboards, and compliance reporting. Program Delivery & Governance Manage large-scale, multi-country recruiting implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local compliance requirements. Coordinate across cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) to deliver integrated recruiting solutions. Establish governance frameworks for recruiting processes and system design. People Leadership Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across onshore/offshore models. Build internal capability by coaching team members on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting best practices and emerging trends. Change Enablement & Adoption Partner with change management teams to drive adoption of new recruiting technologies. Conduct design-thinking sessions to create recruiter and candidate experiences that are intuitive and engaging. Skills And Attributes For Success Strong understanding of global recruiting processes and compliance requirements. Deep technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK) and integration with Onboarding and Employee Central. Experience in leading complex, multi-country recruiting technology programs. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. Proven track record of leading end-to-end recruiting technology transformations. Strong executive presence and facilitation skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams in global program environments. Ideally, You’ll Also Have SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) certifications. Experience with integrations to job boards, background check providers, and onboarding platforms. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central.
