With your strong organizational skills, you’ll keep accurate documentation, maintain office systems, and support the effective daily functioning of the district or field office. You’ll work closely with Relationship Management Associates, Relationship Managers, Customer Service Managers, and district staff to deliver outstanding service and keep office operations running smoothly. What you’ll do Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting visitors, handling reception, and responding to inquiries in person and by phone Manage office and administrative tasks, including preparing documentation and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and updating customer records Process mail, payments, and daily banking, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of customer transactions Coordinate office operations by ordering supplies, generating reports and supporting district events Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications: A certificate in office administration or at least one year of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) General knowledge of administrative processes Working knowledge of common software applications, including Microsoft 365, and comfort with computer-based tasks Preferred qualifications: Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset Not sure you meet every requirement?
