Title: Construction Scheduler Base Salary: $77,500-82,500+ Variable/Bonus: $5,000-6,000+ On Target Earnings: 82,500-88,500+ Reporting to: Planning/Scheduling Manager Peers: 2 outsourced schedulers Key Performance Indicators Productivity: Build, Update, Actualize, Ontime, Quality Risk: Predictive, Contingency planning CSAT: Customer Delight Communications: Clear & Concise Mandate Update & Maintain Schedules: Assist in updating, maintaining, and actualizing schedules for ongoing construction projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Schedule Development: Over time, develop and build baseline schedules from scratch including critical path analysis and resource loading. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Site Superintendents, Project Managers, and occasionally clients to gather real-time data and forecast impacts to schedules. Communication: Deliver clear and consistent updates on schedule status, impacts, and mitigation strategies to internal teams and stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting: Generate Gantt charts, look-ahead schedules, and delay analysis reports as needed. Multitask Management: Simultaneously manage scheduling duties across 3–5 active projects.
