Working within a team of marketers that report to the Vice President, the Marketing Communications Specialist will assist in creating persuasive marketing content that generates B2B demand for our no-code platform. Do you have the business savvy, account management experience, and technical aptitude necessary to help establish us as the key technology platform provider within our base? Are you passionate about helping companies with their digital transformation initiatives and delivering the best experience for your customers? With Flowfinity Wireless you have the chance to help our customers achieve their business objectives through better technology. Flowfinity is looking for an accomplished Senior Account Manager to join our North American team to drive growth in existing base accounts. You will utilize your proven record of successfully selling software and services to find opportunities, drive and negotiation sales to close, and provide thought leadership throughout the entire sales process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Your responsibilities will include meeting/exceeding assigned quarterly revenue goals by working with the extended team and managing your territory (base retention and growth) to successfully prospect and close opportunities. You will follow up on self-generated leads as well as organize discovery calls and product demos for qualified prospects within your existing accounts while managing the technical validation process. You will work smart as well as hard and share your success methodologies with the team. The ideal candidate will possess an account management background that enables them to work backwards from customer’s business outcomes to help strengthen a long-term business relationship and make them “customers for life”. The ability to explain value propositions across customer business units to accelerate adoption is key. The individual will work with marketing to provide market data to identify trends/opportunities and utilize relationships with the relevant industries to gather market intelligence to better execute on customer growth opportunities. Monitor, manage and grow the ongoing relationship with assigned existing customer accounts to ensure Flowfinity continues to meet their needs, that they renew their existing contracts and to identify additional revenue opportunities Accurately forecast opportunities and their progress in CRM based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast Provide feedback to Marketing and Professional services to help enable sales growth in their account base Act as the customers' advocate to ensure Flowfinity products and services are delivered to meet their needs with the highest quality and to their satisfaction Participate in the development of sales support materials to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sale process Identify opportunities for self-development to continually improve your ability to perform this role and grow into new roles in the future Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in selling enterprise IT software solutions (workflow automation, BI, data analytics, mobility solutions, SaaS, PaaS) using online tools Demonstrable consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets in sales role(s) Consultative sales training and experience in convincing customers to think differently Professional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an organization Self-starter able to work independently and accept coaching and constructive feedback Territory: North America Please apply with resume to: Do you have questions?
