Vehicle location: Vehicle must be parked on level ground and have 2 metres (6 feet) of working space on the driver and passenger sides of the vehicle. We must be able to park our service van within 15 metres (50 feet) of your vehicle. Additionally, our service van requires 2.8 metres (9 feet, 2 inches) of vertical clearance. Permission to use property: All work is to be performed on private property. For commercial and strata complexes, it is your responsibility to obtain permission to use the property. Customer supplied tires and/or wheels: Please place the tires or wheels in a location where our technician can easily and safely access them. Ideally, within 3 metres (10 feet) of the vehicle to be serviced. Wheel locks: If your vehicle has a wheel lock, please place it in the cupholder/center console of the vehicle. Working Conditions: The work area (driveway, etc.) must be clear of debris, ice and/or snow. In the interest of safety and at the discretion of the technician, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or inappropriate working conditions. Cancellations: Appointments rescheduled or cancelled after 8:00 am on the day of service or if the vehicle and/or representative is not present within 15 minutes of the technician's arrival time, a service call fee of $189 will apply.
