We are looking for candidates to join our snow shoveling team on a part-time basis. Team members need to be available to clear snow away from doors, steps, walkways and garbage areas at our buildings after snowfalls. Team members need to ensure the properties are cleared neatly and walkways and steps are salted for tenant safety. Snow shovelers will be assigned a zone of approximately 10-12 properties. They are required to travel to each property in their zone and shovel snow away from the doors, clear and salt walkways and make garbage areas accessible. Team members are provided a binder of maps and clear instructions for each property. Responsibilities: You will need to be available after large snow falls to shovel snow away from doors, walkways and garbage areas of the properties in your zone. This entails early mornings, weekends, after business hours and may include multiple trips a day – depending on the snowfall amount. Compensation: $40/hour Requirements: Must have personal vehicle and open availability after snow falls. Reliability, flexibility and availability are a must.
