● Working with internal teams and using the predefined process for pre- and post-sales support for customers● Working with the procurement team to ensure the coordination of all rescheduling and cancellation activity● Collaborating with Customer Service for expedited activity and shipment tracking● Communicating with sales branches for all stock availability checks, and problem-solving expedite requests● Working interdepartmentally and alongside supplier contacts to maintain accurate and timely information
We’re looking for someone with
● University education or equivalent work experience● Microsoft Office familiarity - you are able to create presentations and manipulate data● Ability to prioritize work and multitask - you do what it takes to get the job done● Strong communication skills - internally, with other teams and managers, and externally with suppliers● Attention to details you are meticulous and take pride in your work
