    Must haves for this position:
    Experience in booking brokerage (3PL) for 2+ years.
    Cross border and domestic Canadian experience.
    Build strong relationships with carriers, provide exceptional service, and coordinate customer shipments.

  • Risk & Compliance Specialist (Transportation and Logistics)

    We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Montreal!
    Risk Management: perform risk evaluation; evaluate the company’s previous handling of risks and compare potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements; explain the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders; build risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the company; create business continuity plans to limit risks. Evaluate and manage risk by validating service history, credit, certification, permits, etc. Participate in building and maintaining a preferred carrier list to better answer the logistic operation’s needs and mitigate risk. Annual review of carrier performance, safety status, address issues and make recommendations. Review and assess adherence to company’s compliance process for auditing and verification of carrier profiles to onboard new carriers.
    Carrier onboarding: looking at everything from compliance, safety, (CSA) scores, risk assessment, insurance and liability, and up-to-date operating authorities.
    Contracts: update and maintain corporate contract management system; review new-client contracts, redline, negotiate, assess the risk, insurance requirements and determine proper coverage; Maintain the organization's systems integrity with up-to-date contracts and accurate information.

    Fuze Logistics Services has recently expanded its services and is looking for a Freight Forwarding Sales Executive who has a passion for sales, building relationships and strong communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging and closing new accounts, along with building and maintaining relationships with a customer base.

    Form a customer base by establishing communication with prospective clients, understanding their supply chain needs and building out proposals to meet their requirements.
