Job details Location: Charlottetown, PE Work location: On site Salary: From $24.00 per hour Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Source: indeed.com What you’ll be doing Inventory Management – Monitor inventory levels and ensure items are properly located; run regular audits and maintain accurate stock records. Team Leadership – Lead, support, and motivate warehouse crew; participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations; foster a positive, productive team environment through clear communication and strong leadership. Logistics & Workflow – Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of goods; optimize warehouse layout and daily workflow to maintain efficiency. Safety First – Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment; conduct safety checks, train staff, and ensure emergency procedures are in place. Operational Improvements – Develop and refine warehouse policies and procedures; seek ways to streamline processes and boost efficiency. What we are looking for Experience leading warehouse teams and maintaining day-to-day operations Understanding of supply chain basics: inventory, procurement, shipping/receiving, and freight coordination Comfort with POS warehouse systems Interest in process improvements using lean or continuous-improvement methods Strong leadership skills to support, guide, and motivate a warehouse team Knowledge of forklifts, material-handling equipment, and warehouse safety practices Ability to work with data to make informed operational decisions Clear communication with vendors, carriers, internal teams, and leadership Benefits Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Store discount Note Important notice: This job posting has been provided by a partner site.
