    We are looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist to play a key role in bridging the gap between R&D products & production engineering. Your job will be to apply DevOps / MLOPs best practices in building & modernizing pipelines to support R&D prototyping, ML dataset labelling & storage, and ensuring ML models are deployed effectively across a fleet of robots. This role will involve working with big data & using cutting edge technologies to efficiently enable analytics.

    Role Responsibilities:

    - Develop & automate AI Model pipelines including
    - Data ingestion
    - Pre-processing
    - Training
    - Packaging & validation
    - Deployment & monitoring
    - Dockerization of software services & applications
    - Kubernettes administration
    - Automated testing, checks
    - Processing pipeline packaging & versioning
    - Improving existing DevOps pipelines
    - Manage weekly Releases
    - Ensure on-prem deployments are successful across the fleet of robots

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or higher
    - Minimum 5 years of Canadian work experience excluding internships
    - Proven experience as an DevOps Specialist, Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, ML concepts, cloud computing,
    - Experience in Data Engineering, & MLOps Frameworks is a plus
    - Experience developing DevOps & MLOps pipelines
    - Experience with Microsoft Azure
    - Experience with Windows servers
    - Experience as a Windows system administrator is preferred
    - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Geologist with a strong background in hard rock mining to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who is passionate about geology, mineral exploration, and the integration of cutting-edge core scanning technology. The ideal candidate will also have strong coding and geological modeling skills, allowing them to analyze large datasets and develop innovative solutions for mineral exploration and resource estimation.
    As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing geological teams, engaging with clients and exploration’s geologists worldwide, and driving technical excellence in mining operations globally. You will also bring strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate value, build trust, and champion change and technology adoption with clients and internal stakeholders.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Drive value through the application of core scanning technology, identifying opportunities to improve geological understanding and support critical decision makingLead and manage geological teams across multiple projects, ensuring best practices in resource evaluation and data exploration.Work with mining operations, providing expertise in orebody characterization, resource estimation, and geotechnical analysis.Implement, optimize and champion the use of core scanning technology to enhance geological modeling and mineral targeting.Utilize coding and data analytics (Python, SQL, etc.) to improve geological interpretations, automate workflows, and enhance predictive modeling.Develop and refine geological models using industry-standard software (Leapfrog, Vulcan, or similar).Collaborate with engineering, mining, and metallurgical teams to maximize ore recovery and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional geological standards.Provide technical mentorship and training to junior geologists.Prepare and present geological reports, resource assessments, and data exploration updates to stakeholders and executives.Engage with clients and partners to support business development initiatives.Travel globally to mine sites, exploration projects, and corporate offices as required.
