    Position Overview 
     
    Reporting to the Geological Superintendent, this role provides operational and technical support across multiple functions within the Geology Department, contributing to the efficient delivery of geological programs and activities.
     
    The Responsibilities
     
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
    Review and verify geological and structural mapping data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Develop and maintain three-dimensional geological and structural models to support interpretation and planning.Support geological database management, including quality assurance and quality control processes.Build and update resource models that incorporate geological and structural controls on mineralization.Prepare mineral resource estimates in accordance with established technical standards.Lead and oversee mine reconciliation activities, maintaining related databases and reporting.Identify and evaluate exploration targets to support resource growth initiatives.Assist with the planning and coordination of diamond drilling programs. 
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a recognized institution or an equivalent qualification.Minimum eight years of industry experience, preferably within an underground gold or base metals mining environment.Demonstrated proficiency applying statistical and geostatistical methods to geological data analysis.In-depth understanding of structural geology and its critical application in underground mining.Professional registration, or eligibility for registration, with the appropriate geoscience regulatory body within the required timeframe.Working knowledge of applicable mineral reporting standards and regulatory requirements.Experience using geological modelling software is considered an asset.Familiarity with geological database management systems is beneficial.Strong organizational and time management capabilities.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Valid driver’s license.

    Position Overview 
     
    Reporting to the Geology Manager, this role supports a range of geological activities and contributes to various components of the exploration program. The position is responsible for coordinating and executing daily field activities, systems, and processes associated with both near-site and surface exploration initiatives.
     
    This position is offered with as FIFO, with a rotating schedule, or drive-in for those in closer proximity to the site.
     
    The Responsibilities
     
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Globe 24-7 is partnering with a mining client in the GTA, Canada, to hire an experienced Senior Mine Geologist to support one of their operations in northern Ontario.
     
    Position Overview 
     
    Reporting to the Geology Manager, the Senior Mine Geologist oversees a team of geologists and geological technicians. This role leads day-to-day operational activities, systems, and processes for drilling programs, grade control, geological and structural mapping, data interpretation, and three-dimensional modelling of mineralized zones.
     
     
    The Responsibilities
     
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
    Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices and ensuring all geological activities meet established safety requirements.Lead, guide, and support a team of geologists and technicians, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance capability and performance.Act as the primary technical authority for production geology functions, including ore control, drilling activities, geological and structural mapping, and interpretation.Work closely with other operational groups to deliver geological input that supports production planning, reduces dilution, and improves grade predictability.Ensure geological data is accurately collected, verified, and managed, including mapping, sampling, drill logging, and adherence to QA/QC protocols.Review and analyze reconciliation results, evaluating production performance, dilution impacts, and variances against plan.Plan and manage drilling activities in alignment with short- and medium-term production priorities.Develop and review drill program designs, while overseeing logging, interpretation, and reporting of results.Maintain and update geological models and interpretations using appropriate software tools to support operational decision-making.Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling processes, including monitoring costs associated with geology-related activities.Identify and implement improvements to geological workflows, technical practices, and data management processes. 
     
    Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related discipline.Active Driver’s LicenseCompleted common core modules are strong assets.5-10 years of relevant experience in an underground mining or similar production environment; with particular interest on narrow-vein gold mining experience.Well-developed communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with strong computer proficiency.Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, and commitment to safe work practices.Physical Requirements:
    Ability to handle and move geological materials such as core boxes and sample bags, which may weigh up to approximately 20–25 kg (40–50 lbs).Regular requirement to access underground work areas.Must hold or be eligible to obtain required certifications for working in an underground environment.
