The Implementations & Solutions Lead – Warehouse supports the design and implementation of innovative warehouse solutions to improve operational efficiency and support new merchant onboarding. You will assist with facility layouts, process documentation, and data analysis to help bring new warehouse operations to life. Working closely with senior, cross‑functional team members, and merchants, you will contribute to business development projects and play a supporting role in the successful execution of warehouse setup and service launches. This is a hands‑on learning opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow in logistics, warehousing, and implementation work. You have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn technical concepts related to distribution and operations. A background in supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering is ideal but not required. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in developing warehouse layouts and solution concepts under the guidance of senior team members. Support merchant onboarding activities, including coordination of timelines, documentation and actioning of setup processes. Act as a warehouse systems and process subject matter expert in both Order Management and Warehouse Management. Work with data files to perform basic analysis and identify trends.
Participate in internal and external client meetings to gain understanding of project goals and requirements. Prepare presentations and reports to support project tracking and communication. Support the evaluation of operational processes, space utilization, and equipment needs. Help identify areas for improvement based on observation and data inputs. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to support project execution. Develop cost solutions that are realistic to implement and meet market expectations on price. Actively support RFQs/RFPs, preparing world‑class proposals for prospective merchants.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in 3PL warehousing, logistics, operations, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent education preferred but not required. Strong interest in logistics, project management, and continuous improvement. Proficient in Google or Microsoft Suite and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multiple teams. Knowledge on Shopify, NetSuite, SaaS, BI platforms is an advantage but not a requirement. Analytics Engineer or Senior Analytics Engineer This role will play a critical role in building and owning dashboards, metrics, and data models to support our operations and account management teams. You will be responsible for deeply understanding our core metrics and ensuring we have actionable and insightful dashboards and data models to support our business. This includes dashboard development, data modelling, data cleanup, and ad‑hoc analysis and reporting. This role will work very closely with our operations team. What We're Looking For (Must‑Haves): 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role with a proven track record of delivering business impact. Expert‑level proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data transformation, and analysis. Hands‑on experience with dbt for building, testing, and deploying modular and version‑controlled data transformations. Strong proficiency with Looker , including building performant dashboards and writing clean, maintainable LookML. Solid experience with a cloud data warehouse , preferably Google BigQuery. (Experience with AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc. is also valuable). Proficiency with Git for collaborative, version‑controlled development workflows.
