Central Concrete Accessories Inc. is part of the Graestone Group of Companies, which have a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our concrete and flooring distribution warehouse.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall performance, efficiency, and safety of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory & systems management, and customer service. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational—capable of improving systems and processes while leading from the front.
ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient, accurate, and on-time shipping, receiving, and order fulfillmentBuild and develop a strong team by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamworkDrive operational performance by improving workflows, monitoring key metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and growthOversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy through strong processes, cycle counts, and continuous improvement of systems and layoutDeliver a high level of customer service by supporting order pickups, resolving issues, and coordinating effectively with internal teamsManage logistics and carrier relationships to ensure smooth, timely movement of materialsChampion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, training, and proper maintenance of equipment and facilitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and well-run warehouse environment
Skills5–10+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations leadershipProven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordinationExperience in construction materials, concrete, or building supply environments is an assetForklift certification and hands-on equipment experience preferredStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountableHighly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindsetCalm and effective under pressure in a dynamic, high-demand environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with employees and customersPractical, solution-oriented thinker with a “get it done” attitude
Compensation and BenefitsAt Central Concrete Accessories Inc., we believe in offering fair, competitive compensation that reflects experience, performance, and the value each team member brings to our organization.
The salary range for this position is $105,000 – $125,000 annually, with placement within the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus program, recognizing individual and company performance.
