Versatile Loader (M/F)
YOUR MISSION OF EXCELLENCE
As a versatile loader, you will work under varying weather conditions to secure tanks on trailers within scheduled timeframes, while ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Shipping Clerk
Verify the load according to the order specifications
Prepare platforms and load merchandise following safety rules and careful handling procedures
Ensure full trailer loads with the correct finished products identified on the order
Assist with proper securing and strapping of loads
Organize finished products (tanks) in the outdoor yard according to a set plan
Perform visual inspections of forklift condition (weekly inspection log)
Clean and maintain orderly storage areas
Handle raw materials upon receipt
Prepare tank orders for pickup
Package tanks in groups of 2, 3, or 4
Prepare tanks for loading according to a list
Replenish packing materials at stations (pallets, foam, etc.)
Store hazardous materials awaiting disposal (external pickup)
Complete training as a Shipping Clerk and cover absences as needed
Shipping Clerk Duties
Determine truck loading order based on TSX Transport and production priorities
Scan tanks required for each order and the designated trailers
Verify order accuracy before shipment
Complete trailer compliance paperwork for C-TPAT certification
Generate customs documents and send them to TSX
Have drivers complete load paperwork
Assist in loading and securing commercial tanks with the help of the handler
Deliver daily shipping paperwork to customer service
Communicate with the distribution center regarding product transit
Notify supervisor and TSX of any loading delays
Analyze next day’s orders to prepare a list of special packages for packing
Handler Duties
Prepare trailers and materials required for loading
Follow quality and safety procedures established by the employer
Ensure safe loading of merchandise
Secure groups of tanks on trailers
Rearrange unpackaged tanks on trailers to maximize space according to specifications
Prepare tank orders for pickup
Sort wooden pallets by condition and size

VOTRE MISSION D’EXCELLENCE
En tant que polyvalent(e) au chargement, vous devrez composer avec les différentes conditions météorologiques et procéder à la fixation des réservoirs sur les remorques, dans les délais prévus, tout en s’assurant de la conformité des transports.
CE QUE VOUS ACCOMPLIREZ
• Expéditeur
• Vérifier le chargement à partir des caractéristiques du bon de commande ;
• Préparer les plates-formes et charger la marchandise selon les règles de sécurité et en s’assurant de la manipuler avec soin;
• S’assurer d’effectuer un chargement complet par remorque avec les produits finis appropriés et identifiés au bon de commande;
• Assister pour effectuer les arrimages adéquats pour attacher les chargements;
• Effectuer le rangement des produits finis (réservoirs) dans la cour extérieure selon un plan défini;
• Effectuer des vérifications visuelles de l’état général du chariot-élévateur (selon le carnet d’inspection hebdomadaire);
• Nettoyer et maintenir les aires d’entreposage ordonnées;
• Faire la manutention de la matière première lors de la réception;
• Préparer les commandes de réservoirs pour cueillette;
• Emballer les réservoirs en groupe de 2, 3 et 4;
• Préparer des réservoirs selon une liste pour le chargement;
• Remplir le matériel aux postes d’emballage (palette, foam, etc.);
• Entreposer la matière dangereuse en attendant la disposition (ramassage firme externe) ;
• Recevoir et réussir une formation de Préposer à l’Expédition. Effectuer le remplacement lors d’absence.
• Préposer à l’Expédition
• Définir l’ordre de chargement des camions en fonction des priorités de TSX Transport et de la production ;
• Scanner les réservoirs requis sur chacune des commandes et ce, sur les remorques spécifiées;
• Vérification de l’exactitude de la commande avant l’expédition;
• Remplir les papiers de conformités des remorques pour la certification C-TPAT;
• Générer les papiers de douanes et les expédier à TSX;
• Faire remplir aux camionneurs les papiers de chargement;
• Lors de chargement de réservoirs commerciaux, participer avec l’aide du manutentionnaire au chargement ainsi qu’à l’attache des réservoirs;
• Acheminer tous les papiers d’expédition journaliers au service à la clientèle;
• Communiquer avec le centre de distribution pour le transit des différents produits;
• Communiquer avec son superviseur et TSX pour aviser lors de retard de chargement;
• Analyser les commandes du lendemain afin d’établir la liste des paquets spéciaux à emballer.
• Manutentionnaire
• Préparer les remorques et le matériel requis pour le chargement;
• Se conformer à la procédure de qualité et de sécurité mise en place par l’employeur;
• S’assurer de la sécurité du chargement;
• Attacher en groupe les réservoirs sur les remorques;
• Replacer sur les remorques les réservoirs non emballés en respectant les spécifications de façon à maximiser l’espace;
• Préparer les commandes de réservoirs pour cueillette;
• Trier les palettes de bois selon leur condition et leur grandeur;

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Inside Sales Representative / Technical Support is responsible for handling customer returns, responding to customer inquiries about our products and services, and helping to enhance our service offering and maximize product sales through a customer-focused approach.

• Handle incoming calls from external and internal clients regarding technical support or warranty needs;

Versatile Loader (M/F)
YOUR MISSION OF EXCELLENCE
As a versatile loader, you will work under varying weather conditions to secure tanks on trailers within scheduled timeframes, while ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Shipping Clerk
Verify the load according to the order specifications
Prepare platforms and load merchandise following safety rules and careful handling procedures
Ensure full trailer loads with the correct finished products identified on the order
Assist with proper securing and strapping of loads
Organize finished products (tanks) in the outdoor yard according to a set plan
Perform visual inspections of forklift condition (weekly inspection log)
Clean and maintain orderly storage areas
Handle raw materials upon receipt
Prepare tank orders for pickup
Package tanks in groups of 2, 3, or 4
Prepare tanks for loading according to a list
Replenish packing materials at stations (pallets, foam, etc.)
Store hazardous materials awaiting disposal (external pickup)
Complete training as a Shipping Clerk and cover absences as needed
Shipping Clerk Duties
Determine truck loading order based on TSX Transport and production priorities
Scan tanks required for each order and the designated trailers
Verify order accuracy before shipment
Complete trailer compliance paperwork for C-TPAT certification
Generate customs documents and send them to TSX
Have drivers complete load paperwork
Assist in loading and securing commercial tanks with the help of the handler
Deliver daily shipping paperwork to customer service
Communicate with the distribution center regarding product transit
Notify supervisor and TSX of any loading delays
Analyze next day’s orders to prepare a list of special packages for packing
Handler Duties
Prepare trailers and materials required for loading
Follow quality and safety procedures established by the employer
Ensure safe loading of merchandise
Secure groups of tanks on trailers
Rearrange unpackaged tanks on trailers to maximize space according to specifications
Prepare tank orders for pickup
Sort wooden pallets by condition and size

TON RÔLE
Répondre aux demandes techniques des clients, distributeurs et installateurs;
Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problématiques liées aux produits HVAC et réservoirs;
Assurer le suivi des retours, garanties et dossiers clients;
Partager ton expertise technique et accompagner les clients dans leurs enjeux;
Monter et donner de la formation sur les produits;
Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment le contrôle qualité.
TON PROFIL
Expérience en HVAC (terrain ou support technique);
Bonne connaissance des systèmes de chauffage (air chaud, eau chaude, gaz, électrique, mazout);
Tu es à l’aise de t’exprimer en français et en anglais;
Intérêt marqué pour le service client et la résolution de problèmes;
Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels au Canada et aux États-Unis.
