  • SUMMARY
    Reporting to the Director, London Region, the Asphalt Foreman oversees the daily operations of a construction crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be accountable for maintaining safety compliance, meeting production goals, mentoring crew members, and ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and company expectations.

    PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
    SAFETY & COMPLIANCEKnow, understand, communicate, and ensure compliance with company safety regulations.Complete incident reports and other safety documentation promptly.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
    3+ years of experience being a Lead Hand or Tail Ender.5+ years of experience being the Foreman of a paving crew.Actively engaged in road construction for 4+ years.


    WHAT WE OFFER

  • SUMMARY
    Reporting into the Project Director, the Human Resources (HR) Manager will provide full cycle HR support to the project site. You will play a pivotal role in building and supporting a high-performing, integrated project team for a major highway infrastructure project delivered under a collaborative model. You will lead workforce planning and resource ramp-up during the development phase—working alongside the business leaders on site, HR colleagues and various Union representatives—and continue providing HR leadership throughout execution.
    This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can independently balance corporate HR frameworks with the agility needed for a dynamic, partnership-based environment.
    This position will be based in our Markham, ON office, but once the project is fully mobilized, it will primarily service the project site in the Niagara Region. Prior to the project start, the work location will be flexible, with an expectation of some in‑office presence in Markham.
    This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility to extend further based on location preferences.
    PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE

    SUMMARY
    Reporting to the Shop Superintendent, the Shop Coordinator will work on equipment processes required for equipment maintenance. You will play a vital role responsible for the smooth and efficient tracking and management of all maintenance and repair activities. You will ensure timely completion of work orders, optimal equipment utilization, and accurate record-keeping. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
    WORK ORDER AND SCHEDULING MANAGEMENTCreate and Manage Work Orders: Receive maintenance requests, clarify required repairs, generate formal work orders, and input all data into the management system.Preventative Maintenance (PM): Coordinate the scheduling of all mandatory and routine preventative maintenance to minimize disruption to operations.Customer/Liaison Communication: Act as the primary communicator between the shop and vendors/ contractors, providing status updates, estimated time of completion (ETC), and addressing inquiries.
    LOGISTICS AND INVENTORYParts Procurement: Coordinate with the Parts Department or external vendors to ensure all necessary parts, materials, and tools are staged and kitted before a job is assigned to a technician.Vendor Coordination: Arrange and schedule specialized external repairs, liaising with third-party service providers, and tracking contracted work until completion.Recordkeeping: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all equipment maintenance history, repair costs, warranties, compliance certifications, and inventory levels.Monitor incoming orders, handle returns/credits, and ensure accurate cost coding and documentation for all purchases.Process and reconcile fleet invoices and create Purchase Orders (PO’s) for vehicles and equipment.Run reports for equipment utilization to support cost control and operational efficiency.Coordinate with other administrators to allocate charges accurately across different business units/job sites and equipment.
    SUPPORT AND COMPLIANCEAdministrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Shop Supervisor, assisting with timecard review, budget tracking for specific work orders, and generating reports on equipment downtime, repair costs, technician productivity and support overall shop operation as required.Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance records are current for audits and that technicians have necessary documentation regarding safety protocols and equipment specifications.Oversee vehicle registrations, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.Provide support with additional operational tasks and special requests as directed by shop manager.

  • SUMMARY
    Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Business Support Analyst will provide application support for core business systems used to manage construction and project operations. This role focuses on stabilizing systems as part of ongoing operations, supporting end users, resolving business process and application issues, and ensuring consistent and effective system usage across the organization.
    The position is hands-on and operationally focused, acting as the bridge between field users, project teams, IT, and vendors to support day-to-day system use.

    PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
    APPLICATION & BUSINESS SUPPORTProvide day-to-day application support for enterprise and project delivery systems.Act as a first point of contact for business users ongoing.Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to cost management, progress tracking, time capture, forecasting, and change workflows.Distinguish between user, process, data, and system issues and escalate appropriately.

  • SUMMARY
    Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Business Support Analyst will provide application support for core business systems used to manage construction and project operations. This role focuses on stabilizing systems as part of ongoing operations, supporting end users, resolving business process and application issues, and ensuring consistent and effective system usage across the organization.
    The position is hands-on and operationally focused, acting as the bridge between field users, project teams, IT, and vendors to support day-to-day system use.

    PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
