Profile The Right Person: Is self-driven and independent but also works well in a team. Has awesome people skills, a great personality, is persuasive and has a competitive spirit. Has exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Has a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Has at least 2 years’ experience in agriculture (i.e., farming and/or agronomy). B2B sales and/or consulting experience is preferred.
