Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Lawyer located in Surrey, BC. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation. Daily tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications at least 2 years practicing family law resident in BC, Canada available for full-time work experience in BC Supreme Court and/or Provincial Court practicing member of the Law Society of BC experience in both settlement-based and litigation-based areas of family law ability to work independently a team-oriented, professional and pleasant strong knowledge in family law proficiency in legal research, drafting, and representation skills excellent written and verbal communication skills strong ethical standards and professional integrity
