    Marketing & Admin Coordinator Position Overview We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Southern Ontario. This hybrid position blends marketing strategy and content creation with essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll help manage our digital presence, create engaging marketing materials, and ensure the behind-the-scenes details that drive our business stay on track. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Manage and update company website content to reflect brand messaging and current initiatives. Advanced Canva and AI content platform experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Tech-savvy and a quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with Google Workspace, CRM/ATS systems, or digital collaboration tools is an asset.
