You will contribute to establishing a strong CI culture and will help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working across multiple regions.You will be part of a virtual international team working across Europe and North America, reporting directly to the Head of Global Process Excellence at our Danish HQ, who reports to the Director of Digitalization and IT. Key Skills & ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in continuous improvement or process optimization, with expertise in Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics/Inventory processes from a manufacturing environment.Strong experience facilitating CI, process workshops and implementing structured process management frameworks in an international environment.Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Comfortable working across diverse cultures and cross-functional global teams.Bachelor’s degree required.Lean certification (Green Belt or higher) required.Strong understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with AI, automation, and digital tools is highly desirable.Project Management skills and experience are a plus.Fluency in written and spoken English. Travel Requirements:Approximately 30–45 days per year of international travel (primarily North America and Europe).This position is on-site at our Brantford, Ontario facility. This role works closely with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and IT to ensure products are built, staged, and shipped efficiently and on time.You will also have the opportunity to support major supply‑chain transformation initiatives, including palletized shipping and warehouse automation projects.Your Role:Plan and manage production and shipment schedulesCoordinate daily and weekly outbound shipments with internal teams and carriersMonitor finished‑goods inventory and help prevent obsolescenceMaintain accurate planning and shipment data in ERP/WMS systemsSupport supply‑chain projects and process improvementsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels

The Training Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the workforce is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to perform their roles effectively and safely. This position collaborates closely with Production, Safety, Maintenance, Automation, and HR teams to develop, implement, and monitor training programs that support operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-training coverage across all shifts.
Job Duties: Training Program Management Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for new hires, cross-training, upskilling, and compliance.Participate in onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.Ensure training materials, SOPs, and job instructions are current and aligned with operational needs.Evaluate the Production training matrix across all shifts to identify coverage gaps and implement targeted development plans to ensure critical roles have qualified backups in place.Track and report training completion, effectiveness, and compliance.Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create job-specific training modules.Ensure training programs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Schedule necessary external training courses in collaboration with HR and operations/safety (i.e., forklift)Provide back-up coverage and support where needed for the preparation of the production schedule
People Development Assess employee skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.Encourage continuous learning and development across all levels.Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and trainers.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability through training.
Compliance and DocumentationMaintain accurate training records and certifications.Ensure compliance with Safety regulations, company policies and certifications.Support audits and inspections by providing training documentation.
Communication and CollaborationCommunicate training schedules and expectations clearly to all stakeholders.Ensure training aligns with collective agreements; liaising with HR as necessaryLiaise with Production Supervisors to align training with operational goals.Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify training needs and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Industrial Relations, HR, Business, Operations, or related field, and/or relevant work experience.
Previous Experience Required:
3–5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.Proven experience in training, continuous improvement, or employee development.
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence without authority.Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.Experience with project or program management (asset).Ability to complete accurate written and verbal reports.Experience with training software, LMS, or digital tracking tools (asset).
