As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the face of an iconic Canadian brand famous for its flame-grilled burgers. Your main goal will be to provide a warm welcome and seamless service, ensuring every customer leaves happy. Responsibilities: * Warmly welcome guests with a friendly smile and take orders with accuracy and care. * Handle cash, debit, and credit payments confidently using the POS system. * Develop strong menu knowledge to assist guests and recommend popular or promotional items. * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and dining area. * Garnish and assemble orders based on guest preferences. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quick and accurate order delivery. * Follow all food safety procedures and health standards in accordance with Harvey’s policies.
