Your strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction will play an important role in delivering a positive experience for every home we service.This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed cleaning of residential areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services that exceed client expectations.Follow customized cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure complete satisfaction.Complete laundry-related tasks when required, including washing, drying, and folding clothing.Deliver professional and courteous customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing specific requests or concerns.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, safety standards, and a positive attitude.SkillsProven experience in residential cleaning with a solid understanding of sanitation practices.Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality results.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively.Professional, friendly demeanour with strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following company procedures and safety guidelines.Applicant Requirements:Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends, as requiredMust have a valid Class 5 driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to travel independently to job sites throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areasClean criminal record required (a record check dated within the past 12 months must be provided)Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in homes with pets (including cats, dogs, and small animals)Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering professional, high-quality cleaning servicesFluent in written and spoken EnglishPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedbackMust complete a two-month probationary periodPrevious cleaning experience is an asset; paid training will be providedAdditional Notes:Wage: $20.00 per hour (upon successful completion of probation).Employees must provide their indoor work shoes.All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.Start a rewarding career where your dedication helps transform homes into clean, welcoming spaces that families truly appreciate.
