Create and manage product roadmap, drive delivery schedules, manage product budgets, and determine development priority. Review internal procedures and operations to identify problem areas and revenue driving opportunities for all reality capture solutions. Work with internal sales and marketing teams to receive feedback and communicate product direction. Collaborate with Senior Management to achieve business objectives. Evangelize and train implementation and support teams on new experiences. Monitor, measure, and course correct as dictated by user adoption, by establishing and maintaining profitability metrics and KPIs. Attend industry trade shows and events and join industry associations to remain current on technology trends. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other construction related field. 3+ yrs. of demonstrated expertise running a software team and developing a product for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) Industry. Experience in the construction industry, preferably as a VDC manager. Expert knowledge of BIM workflows and collaboration technology toolsets (eg. Siemens, Autodesk, Dassault, etc). A valid passport and the ability to travel (1-2 trips per quarter) to meet with our partners in the field. Excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical abilities.
