This is an on-site position in Calgary, ideal for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones. Schedule and manage domestic/international travel (Concur highly preferred). Handle confidential communications and documents with discretion. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with attention to detail. Create and process purchase orders, manage expense reports, and assist with budgeting. Coordinate projects, events, and onboarding/training activities for new team members. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient workflows.
