The Opportunity: Borderless AI is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build our AI-powered HR products. This person will join the early engineering team at Borderless and will contribute to regular architecture and product decisions. They will build the core AI and employer-of-record features that form the Borderless product. Opportunity to contribute to full stack development if interested. Key Responsibilities: Building an advanced React web app in TypeScript. Creating a robust architecture with effective technologies. Working directly with product managers, designers and engineers to design, plan, release, and optimize features. Designing and implementing frontend web applications, focused on future extensibility, reliability and ease of adoption. Great candidates will have: Degree or diploma in computer science, computer programming, or equivalent program. 3+ years experience with JavaScript or TypeScript 3+ years experience with React, Vue, or similar 3+ years experience with advanced CSS (transitions, animations, etc.) Experience with automated QA frameworks like Jest or Cypress Experience writing engineering requirement documents and architecture design documents Ability to code solutions to complex algorithms in a timely manner. Additional requirements: Work with the team in the office 4 days a week. Check out the opportunity below. The Opportunity: We’re looking for an accomplished and seasoned Senior Product Leader with experience building B2B software products in a fast-growing startup. The successful individual will have the incredible opportunity to build out the end-to-end remote worker management experience. The job of our platform is to enable great products for our sellers. We focus on creating differentiated customer experiences for our customers and their remote workers, so that they can concentrate on their core. Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, the Product Manager will have ownership of building our end-to-end payments product. The Payments Platform powers all money movement. Therefore, effective collaboration with stakeholders while developing the long-term strategy and vision of the platform is key. Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning and management of the identified part of the portfolio. Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a true leader in a market which has extensive competition. Working within the triplicate model (product, engineering, and design) to identify, create, operate, and run the scrum teams. Create the identified roadmap and motivate to achieve steady results. Ensure that customer feedback and internal stakeholder requests get incorporated into the product planning and development processes. Definition and monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set. Conduct relevant product research; establish competitive intelligence and various market analyses that supplement and complement analyses already conducted by junior product managers. Work intimately with the marketing department to co-lead the product marketing strategies and contribute to the lead generation strategies. Sales and profit and loss responsibility for the defined product lines. Great Candidates will have: At least 8 years of experience in the field of SaaS product management. Core cross-border payment experience is required to succeed in this role. At least 2 years of experience in an international environment. Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness. Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills. You are a thought leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow. High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams. Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology. Management training with additional training in engineering or technical skills is a big plus. A Product Management certification is an advantage.
