    Director of Production | Medical Device Manufacturing
    We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to take ownership of end-to-end production for an innovative medical device company entering its next phase of growth.
    You’ll oversee a large, precision machine shop, a cleanroom assembly area, and multiple specialised processes - bringing structure, planning, and alignment across teams. The role is both strategic and operational: setting up systems, improving flow, and building the foundation for reliable, scalable manufacturing.
    Key responsibilities:Lead daily production across machining, metrology, and cleanroom assembly.Implement production planning, scheduling, and inventory management tools.Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations.Develop and refine processes to support ISO 13485 and regulatory standards.Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers.
    What we’re looking for:Strong background in medical devices, precision manufacturing, or advanced engineering environments.Solid understanding of machining processes, cleanroom assembly, and quality systems.Experience in a growing or fast-moving environment where structure is still being built.A hands-on leader who can bridge technical detail and big-picture planning.Engineering or manufacturing background (mechanical preferred).
