This critical role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of deployment activities for our construction projects. Acting as the bridge between project management, construction teams, engineering teams and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure resources, personnel, and equipment are mobilized efficiently to meet timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities Planning & Coordination: Develop deployment schedules, manage logistics, and ensure compliance. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor deployment team members, ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met. Resource Management: Optimize allocation of materials and equipment to reduce downtime and costs. Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary contact for deployment issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Risk & Safety Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans. Quality Assurance: Verify deployed resources meet project specifications and resolve non-compliance issues. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction deployment or site coordination with leadership experience. Strong organizational and planning skills. Experience with 3DCP, robotics, & on site construction integration. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving abilities. Must be able to proficiently utilize Microsoft products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Project). Full driver’s license required.
