    Your Tasks You will identify as well as continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Canada. You will accompany the onboarding of new partners and build a successful relationship. You will organize and supervise the online training for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program. You will conclude partner business plans and always keep an eye on the successful development of your sales partners and distributions. You will be expected to participate in fairs and partner events and present our solutions. You will create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure that the targets in Washington are achieved. Internally, you will work with teams such as Sales or Marketing. Externally, you will represent the company as a personal contact person.
    Your Profile: You have a solid IT knowledge through your education, your academic studies or a comparable qualification - ideally in the area of IT security or cloud services. You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of IT and a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. You have relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Canada and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically. You have a talent for communication and are competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers. You offer a high willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations. You will convince customers with your winning personality and enjoy working in an international team. You motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion. You are an organizational talent and know how to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.

  • Account Executive  

    - Montreal

    This is an important full-time position that we are looking to fill immediately, based out of our office in Montréal (Quebec H2G 2J6).
    Your Job You are the first point of contact for our customers and maintain consistent communication with prospects via phone and email, performing daily calls and emails. You conduct high-level product demonstrations, effectively addressing client inquiries. You diligently follow up on assigned leads, engage in business-oriented discussions with prospects to showcase the benefits of our solutions, and respond promptly and reliably to customer inquiries, delivering relevant information and tailored offers. You establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers, supporting, educating, and engaging with them through regular and systematic touchpoints to achieve their goals while driving new business, cross-sells, and up-sells. You drive product adoption and effectively manage escalations for existing customers, ensuring their retention and long-term satisfaction. You make a significant contribution to the sales growth by achieving or even exceeding the agreed sales targets - in short: we can always count on you.
    Your Profile You have 2+ years of inside sales experience within the IT industry, demonstrating a successful track record. Experience in selling to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or Internal IT customers is a plus. Technical knowledge or experience in software sales is preferred but not required. You have proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization over the phone with persuasive phone etiquette, exhibiting high energy and enthusiasm to foster long-lasting customer relationships. You have demonstrated negotiation skills to successfully close sales opportunities, with a deep understanding of the prospective customer's buying process. You have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, fostering teamwork. You are familiar with CRM applications, such as Salesforce, for effective lead, opportunity, and account management. You are driven and ambitious, passionate about sales to earn significant sales commissions.

  • IT Support Specialist (French/English)  

    - Montréal

    We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Montréal (Quebec, H2G 2J6). This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with an immediate start date. Tasks You will diagnose and resolve our corporate clients' technical issues over the telephone, email and online chat in the areas of system configurations, product functionality and bugs/enhancements. You build personal customer relationships and focus on offering an awesome customer experience. You escalate issues to our development team and co-ordinate such issues until they are solved. You convey customer feedback to product development staff. You keep customers informed on how and when issues are resolved. You interact with other teams to provide comprehensive and high-quality support. You help in user education. You work in a 24/7 shift system with great planning reliability. Depending on the shift there are attractive bonuses and compensation days. Requirements You have excellent logical, analytical and problem-solving skills. You possess good customer etiquette and the ability to manage high profile customers well under pressure.
