Control the schedule, budget and quality of design build projects. Manage project performance tracking and financial reporting. Manage relationships with Clients, Engineers, Vendors and other stakeholders. Work with the Superintendent to manage labour requirements and staffing. Provide mentorship to your team. Lead the procurement process. Assist/Lead the pursuit of design build projects. Your experience and skills Red Seal Electrician or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or P. Eng designation. PMP Certification, Gold Seal in Project Management, Project Management Certificate, or equivalent education is required. Minimum 8 years of previous project management experience in a related industry on similar complex, multi-year projects. Preference is for candidates with design build healthcare experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience as the lead project manager leading a minimum of two projects with contract values of over $7 million from start-up to close out. Financial acumen and understanding of contract law. Proficient in MS Office. Some degree of proficiency in Procore, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM Accubid or scheduling software is beneficial.
