Job Summary Reporting to the Senior supervisor, the Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost‑effectiveness in an auto parts warehouse environment. The role acts as a bridge between operations and systems, ensuring effective use of technology, driving process improvements, and enhancing overall customer experience. Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting Collect, clean, and analyse data from WMS, ERP, and other sources using Excel and SQL. Investigate discrepancies in inbound/outbound shipments, cycle counts, and inventory variances. Provide actionable insights to reduce errors and optimise processes. Cross‑Functional Collaboration And Process Understanding Engage with Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control teams to understand workflows and operational challenges. Support initiatives to improve shipment accuracy, inventory integrity, and warehouse efficiency. KPI Analysis & Performance Management Support Monitor and analyse KPIs such as stock accuracy, order cycle time, daily error rate, LPH and productivity, and space utilisation. Recommend improvements based on KPI trends and operational data. Reporting and Communication Prepare and present weekly/monthly operational reports to ADC management. Provide timely updates on data‑driven projects and improvement initiatives. System and Business Liaison Act as a liaison between warehouse operators and supervisors. Translate operational needs into system requirements and present to management for implementation. Standardisation and Best Practices Assist in developing SOPs for data handling, reporting, and inventory processes. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and continuous improvement goals. Training & Team Engagement Support training on data tools, dashboards, and reporting processes. Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices. Required Competencies Education Diploma (or) bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field. Experience 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations. Technical Skills Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and dashboard analysis (e.g., Power BI). This position will support HOD in managing the integrity of accounting controls. The Accounting Manager will build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional financial assistance in alignment with organizational priorities. The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with hands‑on experience in facility operations, vendor coordination, and working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, CCTV, access control, fire and life safety, dock maintenance, generators, and building permits. The position also includes basic handyman duties such as performing simple repairs, minor installations, and general maintenance work. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage vendors for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, generator, fire and life safety, dock and door, CCTV/alarm, janitorial, and landscaping services. Perform basic handyman work including painting, patching, tightening fixtures, replacing ceiling tiles, and other small repairs. Conduct routine facility inspections, preventive maintenance checks, and repair verifications.
