What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and conduct inspections (CVI) on trucks and trailers
- Complete scheduled and on-the-spot repairs to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair forklifts, skid steers, and cranes when needed
- Support drivers and operators with your technical knowledge
- Keep detailed records and paperwork to meet all compliance standards
- Manage parts inventory and assist with ordering when necessary
What You Bring
- 310T Truck and Coach Technician Certification
- 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and yard machinery, aligned with production schedulesDiagnose and repair equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructureTroubleshoot issues with yard equipment and processing linesMaintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systemsFabricate components and parts based on blueprints or verbal instructionsInstall, commission, and test new machineryPerform welding repairs on various equipment
What We’re Looking ForCertification: Must hold a valid Certificate of Qualification (Industrial Mechanic/Millwright 433A or 426A) recognized by the Ontario College of TradesExperience: Completion of a Millwright Apprenticeship or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a licensed MillwrightTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; fabrication experience requiredWelding Proficiency: Skilled in stick and TIG welding (multi-position); MIG is a strong assetTeam Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetComputer Literacy: Basic computer skills requiredTools & Licensing: Must have own tools and a valid G-class driver’s license with a clean abstract
